针对仓储管理实现全流程条码化管控；与ERP系统实现互联互通，减少现场系统操；生产过程智能信息收集、减少生产纸档报表，实现生产过程信息透明化、及时化，解决协同效率低问题；

解决方案

系统将物料从供应商协同、原材料仓库出入库管理与库存管理、来检检验管理、线边仓及生产现场库存管理、半成品和成品的出入库及库内全过程物料批次与储位管理，建立公司资讯透明仓储收发料及车间数据收集执行全过程管理的系统化、数据化体系，提升效率，仓储和车间作业效率及数据追溯能力；通过一张流程卡方案，完成挤压、时效、加工、表面处理、包装多车间多工单流转记录，在满足生产追溯同时减少系统操作。
